I picked up a horse from training and the trainer recommended a bit from Shallow Creek. I needed it for a race in 3 days so I ordered it online and paid for 1 day shipping. The bit did not arrive on time! When I got home 4 days later, I opened the package. They put it in an Express envelope. Then when they got the Post Office, they put the whole package inside a Priority Envelope which didn't arrive for 3 days. I sent an e-mail to customer service and this is the response I received: "It was mailed express. I cannot control once it leave our hands. Sorry!" They shouldn't be charging 1 day shipping ($49.25) if they're just going to put it in a Priority Envelope when they get to the Post Office to save themselves some money!
