Bought the SC-77 based off of the descriptions of what each mouthpiece did differently and how my youngster is riding around currently. He is softer,
more responsive, and has way more bend. I do feel like I have total control with the Twisted Wire Port, which is great as he is a horse who needs clear signals. Will be buying one in the future with my finished horses favorite mouthpiece too.

Paid $49.25 for 1 day shipping & Company shipped 3-day then sent snotty e-mail!

I picked up a horse from training and the trainer recommended a bit from Shallow Creek. I needed it for a race in 3 days so I ordered it online and paid for 1 day shipping. The bit did not arrive on time! When I got home 4 days later, I opened the package. They put it in an Express envelope. Then when they got the Post Office, they put the whole package inside a Priority Envelope which didn't arrive for 3 days. I sent an e-mail to customer service and this is the response I received: "It was mailed express. I cannot control once it leave our hands. Sorry!" They shouldn't be charging 1 day shipping ($49.25) if they're just going to put it in a Priority Envelope when they get to the Post Office to save themselves some money!

I am sorry that your bit did not arrive on time. Please believe that one-day shipping was paid. The USPS has its time frame. We package and print these labels ourselves and the express envelope was used. It also had an E express on the label for it. This would be a post office issue, but this is not our issue. Once again, we are sorry. We did our due diligence to get your bit our next day as it had to be made by Boyce because we hand-make each bit as ordered. thank you

Amazing bits!
